Mid caps

Do you guys think VTI has enough small/ mid cap exposure or do you add something extra XMHQ or AVUV? Currently I actually only have 60 VOO 20 SCHG and 20 VXUs but I’ve been told I need small and mid cap exposure. Just wondering peoples thoughts on mid cap exposure and if needed at 26.
