Best stock or ETF for Slow growth

Looking for everyone’s long term investment. Not looking for anything super volatile, and inversely.. nothing that only gains like 3% YOY (HYS have more than that). I guess I’m asking what’s your “safe” investment to continually put money into knowing that in 30 years (or whatever) it’s gonna have grown at a better rate than HYSA with low volatility. Which ETF?
