Eating Carbs and till Losing A Lot of Weight?
51F 189 lbs looking to lose weight while rafting and would like to lose 2 pounds a week. Do I have to combine low carb with fasting? It seems that is how most people lose that amount of weight in a week.
Has anyone lost significant amounts while eating carbs in moderation or have thoughts on whether I should try to also eat low carb?
