Locked in: Rolling fasts are the secret to bio hacking

5’6” SW: 223 CW:188 GW:140

Rolling fasts broken with a burrito, pickle juice for electrolytes (I need to buy more powder lol)

Try to walk atleast 10k steps a day, run 30 min a few times a week.

Weight is stuck at 188 and not losing on this fast so I think I must be in the ‘shrink week’ where I’m losing inches but not pounds. Frustrating
