Recommendations to start freelancing?

So it's just been a year of me entering the ID world, I'm working for a company now but not happy being there (they seriously lack empathy for their employees, not being proactive before making a decision and when problems arise their solution is to do nothing or just say it's not in my hands🤦‍♂️) I want to start freelance but not sure where to being or how to get clients. I also was wondering if we can create a course on some common topic and sell to different companies? Will that method work? Don't companies prefer thier courses personalized with thier logos and branding n stuff?
