Just Started Insanity!
I just started insanity today because I am definitely gaining weight during this quarantine. I just finished the fit test and realized just how out of shape I am from just 3 weeks of no gym! It is so crazy. I also started doing just dance at nights with my family to try and help us stay in shape. I am hoping with that and insanity I will lose weight in no time. I am 168 now and want to get down to 145 at least. I am 5'3 so I am considered overweight right now. I just don't want to give up all pleasure foods since we are stuck in an apartment in NYC for God knows how long and I can't make big grocery runs every week for perishable healthy foods. Anyone have any meal tips? It's also hard because me and my boyfriend are such bad influences on each other when it comes to eating healthy.
