Free Will or no? - Ask an INFJ

I wondered what the INFJ crowd thinks about the question of whether we have free will or not?

I'm not really sure where I stand. There are compelling arguments on both sides of the debate and I have not been swayed one way or the other yet.

Are we observers trapped within a pre-programmed schedule of events through the birth and death of our meat sacks? No way, right? We make all kinds of choices that are "ours."

Whatever position you espouse, did a particular philosophy or philosopher influence your stance at all? If so, may I know whom and what you read of theirs that nudged you one way or the other?
