Why is my Bangalore based "startup" tech company not giving paid leaves even on Jan 26th..?
When I asked about our manager on this topic yesterday, he smirked and said no there's no off. I thought he was joking but got a text rn from the team that the office starts at 11 so everyone should come... I mean are startups not bound by labour laws? I'm sure filing an FIR is stupid seeing that they are rich guys who would bail themselves out within hours. Plus the risk of me losing my only internship/job that I have as of now...
It was basically a rant from my side.
