Really need some advice

Recently I applied to bangladesh medical colleges through the SAARC scholarship and have a pretty good chance of getting into a good one. The scholarship will allow me to pay the same amount as Bangladeshi students so I'll be paying about 15-20 lakh for the whole program which is more or less the same as indian med colleges.

When I looked online for more info, everyone is talking terribly about Bangladeshi education and the country too. I've read so many say that georgia and Russia are better options (I'm not sure about this) so now I feel like I'm making a mistake. I want to know how quality of education is there and will it be worth it getting an mbbs degree from there, if anyone knows someone studying there plz let me know.

I feel really sad honestly cuz my parents were so hopeful for me last year but I think they dont believe in me anymore which is why they decided to do this. I'm not that smart honestly and I don't think that if I give neet '25, I'll score that high to get a good college in india either, probably some average one (haha my self esteem is actually underground rn)... I scored 492 last year (gave along with 12th) so this seemed like a good and affordable option.

So should I just suck it up and do it or maybe try something else?
