3 months progress. Lost around 12kg. Need advice
I had put on alot of weight and decided to start my fitness journey. Been around 3 months and I've reduced around 12 kg. From 96 to 84. Height - 6'1. My BMI index is fine now but I still want to lose 6kg of fat and put on muscle. Caloric deficit feels harder now and I get constant cravings. Any advice ?
