Need honest opinion girlies...is this a good wedding gift?

A college friend of mine is getting married and has invited me. We used to be roommates, but over time, we’ve drifted apart and now only exchange birthday wishes and no more close may be call or text once/twice a year. Unfortunately, I recently recovered from dengue, and my health isn’t good enough to travel, so I won’t be attending the wedding.

I have these extra stuff lying around which are brand new, and out of courtesy, I’m thinking of sending these as gift through another friend who’s going. Do you think these are appropriate for someone I’m not very close to? She does love makeup, but I’m unsure about her fiancé, so can I send these or buy something else?
