Why conservative Europe and Africa have a dating culture but not conservative Asia?

I am seeing a lot of reels calling people who date specifically girls sexist slurs, which is in line with india getting more conservative and anti dating, but since its human nature to fall in love no culture can prevent it only punish the people who date anyway my point is Why Asian conservatives are so anti dating and oppose premarital sex compared to Conservative Europe and Africa ( am I right about Africa though please correct me since what i have seen on internet they openly date mostly).

I have another concern, the marriage age in india has significantly gone up but the Beliefs around marriage have remained the same, so earlier most marraiges were child marriages and the anti dating stance might some what be be right since literal kids were getting married , but now the same social rules are being applied to 20 or 30 years olds.

Which means Indians are going to remain lonely for a lot longer period of time, because having a partner for a adult is like having a parent for a young child, because the relationship is extremely close, friendship cannot meet this need.

Don’t you think it will have severe mental health effects in Indian youth? There is extreme hatred and fear of the other gender being created in the minds of youth when they have barely interacted with the other gender, which will further ruin their relationship quality once they get married and then they will be alone in their marital relationship despite having a partner.

Some people might supress their feelings so much that they unable to feel the love of their partner or to love their partner due to social stigma which again will deteriote their relationship quality once they get married.

How will india solve this lonliness problem
