is F4 as fun as F1600?

The title says it all

I still run the free content and have a blast with it. I've been on the service for only 3 months and don't thing I need to purchase content yet. BUT... I just love the formula 1600. Id say amongst all sims. It's def my favourite car to drive. So I'm wondering if the feel of F4 is at any point close or even a step up. Or do people who have F4 still find F1600 somehow unique and maybe better?
