So, about that Ghoul. . .

So notably, in earlier versions of Werewolf: The Apocalypse, it was explicitly stated that Ghouls and Vampires both don't actually experience the delirium.

This got a little messier in both the 20th Anniversary Edition as well as the 5th Edition because they didn't go into as much detail, just instead doing a watered down "humans experience it!"

But something interesting to think about, depending on which "canon" the HtP team is going with.
