Mouse mode not working properly with Windows Ink Space

When using mouse mode with Windows Ink Space enabled, the cursor keeps jumping back to the previous spot when hovering over the tablet. In mouse mode, it should stay at the position where it was left and upon hovering, it should start moving without jumping back to previous spot. The mouse mode on its own works totally fine if i disable the windows ink space but i want to use ink space as well so i can scroll on pages by dragging the pen instead of selecting the text. The previous driver version used to work without any issue and i can't install back the previous drivers as those aren't available on Huion's website. Please help someone.
