Can anyone recommend a curriculum and/or general tips on educating yourself as an adult?

Hey all, so I'm 25 but I realized since I did some college back in 2018-2022 or so I had lots of gaps in my knowledge since my mom wasn't the best teacher and also I had a lot of undiagnosed mental and learning issues growing up, and between that and constant fights with my mom, a lot of the time I straight-up skipped days if not weeks of school. My mom would shut down and not even talk to me, so I'd try to teach myself but due to aforementioned issues would get overwhelmed and not even bother.

I was lucky to even get accepted into a small community college... I was glad there were some general classes on history and science and whatnot but it also came with the caveat that I had to learn a new mode of learning, having to learn everything for standardized tests, which was nice since I finally had accountability but also it didn't lead to actually LEARNING and RETAINING anything. Just cramming and dumping loads of information for tests.

But yeah, backstory aside, I want to basically re-learn everything for self-fulfillment. As I'm disabled I have all the time in the world so I may as well educate myself properly, without the pressure of standardized tests, but even though I have the entirety of the internet at my disposal, I get horrifically overwhelmed. Where do I even start??

I miss having a curriculum and knowing what to expect every hour, every day of the week, but a lot of the ones I've seen are intended for small children and/or are christian-based, and I'm strictly looking for secular. Can anyone help me out?
