Mini PC Choices

Anyone have recommendations for Mini PC choices? I see a lot of Belink mini PC's but their prices range from $150 up to $750 and I get the more you pay the more you get in terms of RAM, CPU speed, SSD size, etc but I'm just curious why there are so many choices and what most people here use for Proxmox HA setups with few more VM's like Blue Iris...
