I'm using just regular roller blades for roller hockey, should I switch?

I'm trying out roller hockey, I'm fairly new to hockey in general but I've always played on ice I've been using just regular roller blades (the ones with the break on the back) I bought from Dicks to play roller hockey, they have 80mm wheels and I ride nicely on them, I've been told to switch to hockey skates, but i spent $139 on my blades(not for hockey purposes) and they work perfectly fine. should i switch? I obviously have time to get better at the sport and upgrade I'm only 13.
