Soreness after a few games.

Played three low level beer league games. And last night some shinny. I am absolutely loving goalie, especially now that I've figured out butterfly and not letting in multiple soft goals a game. But my groin on both sides is very sore. Almost like I feel when I workout. I have a game Saturday. I do my stretches. Any training tips? Now that I've found my love for goaltending I am going to start doing differrent exercises than standard body building. 36 not very flexible male
