What's wrong with my Spindle, VFD connection

I am trying to run 800w spindle with this 0.75kw VFD(single phase). Although, I am able to run and control the speed of spindle, I am confused on the behavior of VFD. As you can see in the video, I have connected input to 220V, Neutral and Ground to R, T and G terminals (There is no s input in the box). I see the following strange behavior
- When motor is not running, the Ground of VFD reads 55v( and thereby spindle reads 55V) . I also verified this with Clamp meter ( touch one probe with hand and another with Ground output. This Volt is also same on 3 output phases.
- When spindle starts, the reading shows 110V, same as output U, V W.
- I checked the continuity of output Ground with output U, V W, and also input Ground. It has no connectivity with anything except the back metal plate of VFD.
- I don't see any trip in my home circuit breakers.
What am I doing wrong, should I also connect the output ground to input ground (I don't see information on this in manual ). If this is the case, how is the ground getting 110V without any connection, due to inductance from nearby field or something?
or is the VFD itself faulty?
I am new to dealing with AC and electricals, looking for help !!
