A minority of players are ruining this game

I don't remember HOTS being so toxic until fairly recently. I mostly play ARAM, and the people I meet in like 3 out of 5 games are the absolute worst of any game I have played recently. The game is being ruined by these assholes that get a kick out of ruining other peoples' experience. Constantly afk either during hero picks or the actual game itself. If you ping them to remind them there is a match going on, you get spam flamed and cussed out and namecalled. If someone is playing poorly and they die for the second time in the first 5 minutes of the match, they often "gg bln" and sit in the core without alt-f4 the game so we can't even get an AI in to try to recover the game. It's so frustrating because this is one of my favorite games I play regularly, and the people are just awful.

Before anyone says, "mute chat and enjoy" that doesn't work, because there are still the afkers and the feeders and the ping spammers that you still have to report and mute. The voiceline spammers that require you to change your game settings to not hear voice lines, which sucks, because I like hearing voice lines otherwise. Part of the game that I love is the mixed lore of the different game characters talking to each other. It's so sad that people are just so fucking mean to strangers on the internet for no reason. I guarantee none of those people would have the same courage to say or do most of those things if they were face to face with their target. I am just really disappointed with this game recently because of how these childish idiots treat other people.
