Could an herbal tea be used to purposefully induce uterine contractions?

Let me know if this is not the right subreddit to be asking. Wondering because of something I saw on Threads, that mugwort tea can induce uterine contractions and therefore cause a period, and thus should be avoided during a pregnancy to prevent miscarriage.

How true is this? And if someone wanted to induce uterine contractions and cause a period for whatever reason would it be possible to do that on purpose with mugwort?

I also did (very little) research and found that aloe, barberry, black cohosh, blue cohosh, dong quai, feverfew, goldenseal, juniper, wild yam and motherwort are all supposed to induce uterine activity and contractions. Are these also herbs that can be drank as teas? And could you combine them all to make a sort of super-tea that you could use to induce a period if you wanted?
