Voice Acting their pants off

Has anyone noticed the subtle differences in tone when you reply with the in game ping system or am I crazy.

Divers will sometimes respond with a softer 'affirmative' after others say, "Thank you". Other times it'll be more distressed in obviously distressing situations.

If this is actually dynamic thats a really cool touch. If its random then I guess I was lucky.
