I’m new. Any good guides?

I’m new to hackintosh and I’m having a little trouble with it any good guides without unibeast or olarila as unibeast as it only works for Catalina and I can’t get it as only big sur in on the App Store. I tried olarila but it works for like a couple of hours and when I boot again it won’t boot. So any other ways. Have tried open core and looked at a couple videos but the bootable usb won’t work as it get frozen and my keyboard and mouse lights turn of at ‘rootin’ or ‘roo’

Ps the clover_r5126.pkg won’t choose my usb with big sur on it.
