Office is sector 18, best area to live

Hi Guys

My office is near sector 18 Udyog phase vihar 4 and I am new to Gurgaon
Right now, I am living in sector 23 and finalised a flat in a hurry but I am getting lots of problem

It takes 30 mins to books a cab, then reaching to the office takes another 20-30 mins.
