Why not give the Buffalo stx the HSW treatment?

I don’t see why Rockstar wouldn’t at this point as they have been doing it with a lot of the newer vehicles? Maybe I’m just to wishful but I feel like it would make the stock version (no armour plating/ weapons) alot more fun to own.
