Take a look at this foot. OP states that it’s not a spider bite (my first guess was a Brown Recluse) but just a raw spot from rubbing.
But look at the general state of this dudes feet. Nails are erratically groomed, this has clearly gone unattended for some time, no foot powder is evident, skin is compromised. Nasty.
I know that the assumption is that I’m all feet all the time, but this is negligent. That thing is badly infected and without immediate intervention there is some real risk of toe loss and it has to be incredibly painful. In a hygienically compromised environment, this kid is in for a world of hurt. Imagine wading across Scuba Road in this condition.
