Presence Sensing not showing on household members app

Hello. My wife and I are both Admins for our household. In my Google Home app settings I see the option for Presence Sensing, and it's on and working properly, verified by the home and away detection in the Activity tab. However, the Presence Sensing settings are not showing in my wife's app, and on my app it says "Other Phones - Wife's Phone - Location access off" even though her location permission is set to Always Allow for Google Home. Any idea what else I can check?
