Dear experts and ad specialists, I try to solve a jigsaw even Google support cannot answer.

What is the best ad setup to get listed as sponsored in Google local pack like screenshot and how do you get the tiny blue shop icon next to your ad text?

Support told me, it's old and not available anymore, but I cannot believe this, see this every day!
