Should I buy this?

Soon as I seen it I loved the finish and aesthetics. I have never seen another Gibson like it. Im not experienced with p90 pickups but have heard they are in between a single coil and humbucker. There is a disclaimer that says there might be defects on it and its sold as is. In one of the pictures lt looks like it might have some scratches on it. To me $4000 should get me a mint top of the line guitar from this brand. Also its from the mod collection and im not sure if the guitars are used in this collection. Does anyone have more information and what are your thoughts.
