Nearly impossible

So I'm fighting Take on the iki island bamboo fighting tournament. I get three hits in and then she goes into pussy mode (literally) she does a little fake double step towards me and flashes blue so I try to parry but Jin either refuses or fails to parry on time, I'm even pressing it at the right moment but I get hit. I decide to dodge as I can't hit her at all no matter the stance so I just take my L and leave. This goes on for another 3 times before I just give up. Is this fight full of shit or is there a way of defeating this Khothun kahn 2.0?
