Almost 2 years - no gains.
First of all, this post isn't about complaining how PE doesn't work, or how frustrating it is to see no gains after such a long time of dedication. I'm looking for a new perspective and just trying to figure out a direction I should take. My journey started in December 2021 after finding this community. Before I began I did as much research as I could, read all the newbie guides etc. I started doing manuals for a couple of months, but after seeing no gains I soon decided to go for vac hanging since length was my priority. I was pretty consistent with my routine (3-1 protocol), only couple of breaks because of blisters. A few months has passed. I was slowly adding weight after seeing no gains whatsoever. I said to myself "ok, seems I'm a slow gainer, I will just continue to add weight to a point I will finally start seeing progress." Never lost faith, never complained, never backed down but here I am, almost 2 years into PE, veteran with no gains. I got up to 10 pounds with vacuum hanger, couldn't go more because of blisters. I recently started compression hanging with 13 pounds, but after 20 min the top of my glans gets numb so I won't add any more weight for now. I also got myself heating pad for vac hanging and focusing more on tunica release exercises. The problem with my dick is that BPFSL doesn't increase after workout no matter what I do. I would really love to try another approach but I'm slowly running out of ideas, so please guys, if you have any share it with me.
