Title of a bar game in Germany

Hi r/germany!

I was visiting Germany for the Weihnachtsmarkt a couple weeks ago, and afterwards we went to a bar. I asked the (admittedly very cute) bar lady for a pack of cards, but they didn't have any. We ordered some drinks and afterwards she came up to me and told us we should play "********".

I can't remember because I was incredibly flustered by her grabbing my shoulder and being really close. (god I sound like a 12 year old like this) The people I was with were as flustered as I was 😅.

Does anybody know what she could've said? I believe it was 2 or 3 words and I vaguely remember hearing a B at the start but not sure. The words sounded the same, and I hastily asked if it was similar to "Never have I ever" which I guess she agreed with but also got distracted again. It was definitely in German!

Google searches have left me empty handed.

Tldr; Bar game, possibly similar to Never have I ever, 2 or 3 words sounding similar, something with a B?
