Am I losing my love for Nibtendo games?

I've recently played Party Jamboree and Brothership. Not a fan of either. I love M&L games, but this one feel slugish. The game is forcing me to play at a pace I dislike. Most times too slow, sometimes too fast.

I got Spider-Man PS4 the same day and whenever I'm playing Brothership, I'm thinking I wanna play Spider-Man. The game lets me go how I want.
