Need a little information or a lead...

I've been looking around and am having a hard time finding information. I want to find someone to create a 2D side scrolling endless runner style. I'm even open to purchasing the thing for a website.

Anybody know where the best place to look is??? Or any information on project cost? This is a new realm to me so any info would be appreciated.
