Purchased points on wrong EAFC account (refund declined)
Hi All,
I purchased EAFC points on one of my RTGs (by mistake) rather than my main account.
The points have not been used, but Microsoft have declined my refund request with no narrative.
I have been trying to find a way to speak to Microsoft, but Contact Us section just takes you back to the "request a refund" page and there is no way to activate live chat.
I managed to find a phone number, but again, it doesn't let me speak to anyone and just directs my back to the request a refund page.
I tried contacting my bank and asking them to do a charge back, but as the "goods" were provided, they advised there is nothing they can do.
I never got an email advising that my request was declined (it just shows as declined on the site), so I don't even have anything to reply to.
Any suggestions (other than just spending the points on the RTG)?
