PC bug, please help

Hi, I play the EA FC 24 pc version. I’ve joined the game and suddenly, the player that appears in the main menu got bugged with a dark shader on the left side of the screen. When I start a match happens what I record in the video and I cant play (in rivals it expels me). Please help me, how can I solve it? I restarted the pc twice but it still happening…
