This Litte Red Book app should be banned too according to the bill?

I read the Tiktok ban bill. It states that all apps controlled by foreign adversaries must depart, divest or be banned.

So why isn't anyone talking about Temu, Xiaohongshu, Shein, or these other platforms? If Tiktok is the sole focus then more shells will arrive with the same or worse issues, like China be doing.

This big bill has been passed and now people believe* it will only be enforced on a single app....at least that is the people's impression based on the news.
