How do you judge your T levels

I e noticed my endocrinologist is fine with any level I have between 300 something and 700 something.

I am wondering if you all have found a happy number that you like you feel your best at.

I think I am going to g to talk to my endo about this because I am sure there is a number they’d prefer cis guys to be at. 🤷🏾‍♂️
