Any way to contact La Poste as a non-French person?

I have a package from the US which was transfered to CdG 31st of March. It is now over 3 weeks later, and the website just says that there are issues and it was brought back to the initial platform over and over again.

Can't contact them with the form on the website. No response on email. French Callcenter.

Does anyone know how I could contact them? It seems impossible.
