What perfumes smell the same to you, but have completely different notes?

Just thought this would be a fun question to see how everyone interprets notes. :)

I used to wear Hypnotic Poison EDP, but it eventually became unavailable and too expensive after a couple of years where I lived. I re-bought it three times. Now, I just happened to buy Si Fiori and it smells the same as Hypnotic Poison EDP, but the scents have not that many overlapping notes, but the dry down has a distinct liquorice smell that is similar to Hypnotic Poison EDP.

Hypnotic Poison EDP notes:

• Vanilla 
• Liquorice 
• Tonka bean 
• Jasmine sambac absolute 
• Orange blossom absolute

Si Fiori notes:

• Blackcurrant 
• Green mandarin orange 
• Neroli 
• Patchouli 
• May rose 
• Vanilla 
• White musk

So, what are some perfumes that smell the same to you and what are the notes?
