Reaction after multiple exposures

With dairy the reaction happened on the second and third exposure. Now I suspect another possible fpies reaction. My 8 month old had egg with zucchini and carrot tonight around 6, by 9pm was puking in her sleep. Has puked already 3 times about 15-20 min apart. She didn’t become lethargic like she did with dairy. She’s had egg about 12 times, carrot 15 times, and zucchini 4.

She did eat a lot of the egg, I saw how much she really ate when I was picking up the puke and it was a lot. Wasn’t digested at all yet. Possible fpies reaction or maybe she ate too much? Or ate too much close to bedtime? When did your baby react to a trigger food if not on the first try?
