Can't connect to shard issue

Hey, I just downloaded the game and i wanted to try it out, but everytime i click play it gives me this error. I also tried to go into queue on able but after a few seconds i get the same error. And when i submit a report it just say: There was an error in submitting this report.

Every help is appreciated and i also don't know if region matters, but i'm based central eu
