Please fix the dropped frames issue

There are still occasions where the game drops my frames entirely for a split second, and it gets me killed 9 times out of 10. This has been an on-going problem for years.

My graphics card is a 2021 release series.

I think this is a problem of assets being loaded in because I notice I have this issue the most when encountering the enemy. Easiest fix in the book for this is to load all assets under the game map so it doesn't have to be loaded in twice.
