Build a Nation…for a new player

I’ve seen content creators making “build a nation” saves, and i really want to do it. But i see it is very very in depth. I am asking for some help. I just started playing (on pc) 5 days ago, and minimal times before that on phone and Xbox. Any suggestions, comments-anything helps.
