What would you do?

This has been weighing heavily on my mind for a while now. My sister has been lying for many years on her application for government assistance. She receives free healthcare, food stamps, gets her electric bill paid and gets free propane for home heating. She works for her boyfriend whom is a bar owner and he pays her cash under the table. Just last year she was bragging that she makes $5,000 a month. She has a handicap son that also lives with her and he gets disability checks monthly. I’m not sure how that works with him for government assistance, but I’m sure he gets free healthcare automatically. Her boyfriend also lives with her and he makes triple digits on his yearly income. This is just very gut wrenching!! There are so many people out there struggling to make ends meet and could use a little government assistance. I don’t know who this narcissistic person is thinking that she deserves all of these commodities for free. It’s just really sad that these type of people even cease to exist. I don’t know what to do. It had crossed my mind to report her, but I don’t because she is family. I could really care less imo because I have no use for someone that low and pathetic to steal and take away from somebody that truly needs the help. And we don’t get along anyway, well because she thinks the world owes her everything. And I feel just horrible, I sit there and watch a crime being committed and I don’t do anything about it. Help me!!! P.S I live in Wisconsin
