To my gym pilots
Hey everyone,
I recently started at a 135 where I’m on the road for around 15-20 days at a time and I’m really struggling to figure out how to keep my protein intake high especially living out of a hotel with NO stove. Any tips would be greatly appreciated on how you guys are able to continue to eat healthy and go to the hotel gyms and maintain your consistency, or best places to grab healthy high protein low calorie foods as well. I have KCM so I can meal prep with all sorts of foods but 15 days of food seems hard
