FC11C v FC12

Hello chaps , I am not a flashlight enthusiast by any means but am looking to get a flashlight for dog walking . What is better out of the FC11C and FC12? Also, how reputable is AliExpress for this sort of thing as Amazon prices are crazy. Any help would be appreciated :)

Edit - I have just seen that the TD04 and FC13s are available for the same price so now it is a tossup between FC11c , FC12 , TD04 and FC13s
