When Did You First Workout PP?

Hi all,

I am currently 4 weeks PP with my first child. I had an uncomplicated delivery & recovery. I started working out again 2 weeks post partum. I started with only body weight stuff. Now I started incorporating very lightweights. I feel really good thus far. I'm really trying to take it easy.

I want to know what everyone else's experience was like pp + working out. For example, when did you start running? I'm really scared to run again. How was your ab separation? I see a pelvic floor PT in 2 weeeks.
