Best cardio for very out of shape female

32F, overweight but not obese, former hardcore yogi but have lived very sedentary for the past 5 years— I can count on 1 hand all the times I have worked out.

Ran around at the dog park with my partners dog for like 3 minutes today and felt fine during, in fact I was shocked that I was moving with such ease being in a bigger body and inactive all these years. But afterwards I was so painfully out of breath for minutes, lightheaded and almost nauseous which was a huge wake up call to me.

Has anyone gone through a similar situation before and if so what did you do to get back into better shape?

Edit: Thank you so much everyone for taking the time to write these suggestions. I was feeling so lost and hopeless but the simplicity of all of these ideas has made me feel so much better and I’m looking forward to implementing them. I know it won’t be easy but it will be worth it!
